By accessing or using E1 AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

E1 AI is an artificial intelligence platform that provides:

• Multi-model AI chat (GPT-5.2, Claude 4.5, Gemini 3)
• Image generation
• Document analysis
• Voice commands
• Autonomous AI agents

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free tier: Limited daily usage
• Premium subscription: $0.99/month for unlimited access
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

• Content you create remains yours
• E1 AI retains rights to the platform and technology
• AI-generated content is subject to the respective model providers' terms

7. Limitation of Liability

E1 AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
